HOW DOES SHIPPING TO A STORE OR A POST OFFICE WORK

Shipping process:
1. Pending delivery: we have not yet started preparing your order.
2. In preparation: we are preparing your order to be shipped today.
3. Shipped: your order already has the carrier. Soon you will arrive at the store!
4. Delivered in the store: your order is in the store, you have 7 days to pick it up.
5. Collected: You already have it! Now to enjoy it.

CAN I CHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT ACQUIRED WITH A PROMOTION CODE?

Purchases you have made using a promotion code also enjoy Crikko® Guarantees.
– In case of a refund for reimbursement, the corresponding amount will be refunded on the amount paid.
Crikko® will not be obliged to restore the promotional code that would have been applied in the returned purchase.

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE?

If you bought it in a Crikko store or on the web, the easiest thing is to go to a store in the same country of purchase.
– If you bought it on Crikko.com, you can also change it through the same website.
– The online store will not accept returns from other stores.

– To request a size change of a purchase online through the web, follow these steps:
1. Access the Your orders section, indicate the order number and the mail with which you placed it. Access your account
2. The system will show you the order detail and the return options. Click on the desired option.
3. Indicate the product or products you want to return.
4. Select Change size.
5. You can make the return to the address of our offices.
The shipping cost must always be paid by the customer. Crikko will not accept in any case postage due, nor can we be responsible for return shipping.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CRIKKO®?

Taking care of your Crikko® is easy. To keep them in good condition, you should avoid leaving them exposed to heat and direct sunlight for a long time. You can wash them in the washing machine with cold water. Do not leave them in the trunk of the car, as this can cause them to deform. To keep your Crikko® clean you can wash them with cold water and soap.

CARING FOR YOUR CRIKKO®
Adjustment.- Slide the foot to the tip of the footwear and then gently adjust the strap. The belt breaks if you stretch it hard.
Cleaning.- They can be washed with cold water and soap.
Heat.- Do not expose your shoes to extreme heat or intense sun for extended periods of time.
Grip.- Crikko® shoes have great grip but just like a tire, when the sole wears out it’s time to change them 🙂
